Returns

Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience with ImproveLife as smooth and satisfactory as possible.

To be eligible for a return, all items from the original order must be returned, and products must be unopened.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@improvelife.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your package. If you prefer, store credit may be issued immediately once your return request is approved.

Please note that any replacement or refund does not constitute a concession of liability by ImproveLife. We reserve the right to investigate any claims that appear unfounded or fraudulent. Additionally, we reserve the right to approve or deny any return request, including cases where return activity is deemed excessive.


Cancellation Policy

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, if you contact us promptly after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is shipped. Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.


Subscription Cancellation Disclosure

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. If you need assistance, you may also contact our support team at support@improvelife.com, and we will be happy to help process your cancellation request.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
