Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can cancel or modify these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive automatic, repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel the subscription before the next billing date.
  • You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Simply click the link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are placing an advance order for a product that is out of stock or not yet available.

  • We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at the time of purchase.
  • Your payment method will be stored securely, and the remaining balance (if applicable) will be charged when the item ships.
  • You can cancel a pre-order if it has not yet been fulfilled.
  • Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
