Terms of service
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) are additional terms under the ImproveLife Terms of Service and are governed by those Terms, including our dispute resolution process. By ordering products through any ImproveLife platform—whether website, mobile application, or any other medium that links to or references these Terms—you agree to be bound by them. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase.
1. Payment and Billing
Product Disclaimer
By purchasing, you acknowledge that ImproveLife products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Orders & Pricing
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities and may refuse any order. Order changes will be communicated via email or billing contact details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and valid only in the United States. Pricing and availability may change at any time. Sales tax is applied based on the shipping address and added at checkout where applicable.

Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments. By completing a transaction, you authorize ImproveLife to charge your selected payment method for all applicable charges in accordance with these Terms. We are not responsible for errors by the payment processor, including declined or failed transactions.
Billing Information
You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate billing information. Updates can be made through your account settings. Failure to maintain current payment details may result in service disruption or continued charges.
2. Recurring Subscriptions
Subscription Agreement
Some products are offered as subscriptions (“Paid Subscriptions”) with an initial charge followed by recurring billing at your selected frequency. By enrolling, you authorize recurring payments until canceled. Charges will continue unless you update or cancel your subscription in your account settings.
Cancelation & Refunds
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancelation will apply to future charges; no prorated refunds are issued for the current term. Subscriptions must be canceled prior to the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
Auto-Renewal
Unless you opt out, Paid Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term and at the then-current non-promotional rate.
3. Coupon Codes
Coupons and promo codes are for individual use only. They may not be redeemed for cash, combined with other offers, or transferred. Unless otherwise stated, coupon codes expire 90 days from issuance. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may modify pricing, availability, and promotional offers at any time without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute items, or cancel orders.
5. Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected as required by law and calculated based on your shipping address. Tax amounts shown at checkout are estimates and may be adjusted due to local tax rate changes.
6. Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are shown at checkout and may change over time. Most orders are shipped via third-party couriers, and delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the product is handed to the shipping carrier. International shipping is not available.
7. Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon delivery. You are responsible for safe handling, preparation, and consumption of the products. In the event of severe weather or other disruptions, delivery may be delayed.
8. Return Policy
To request a return or report an issue, contact us at support@improvelife.com. We have a 30-day happiness guarantee. Proof of purchase and prior authorization are required. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Replacements typically arrive within 7-10 business days, subject to availability.
9. Subscription Program
Program Benefits
Choose your preferred delivery frequency when enrolling. ImproveLife may change subscription discounts or benefits at any time. Changes will apply to future orders.
Order Notifications
You will be notified before each recurring order processes, including estimated ship date and final order modification deadline.
Eligibility
Only eligible products marked for subscription are included. Subscription benefits are non-transferable and subject to availability.
Billing and Renewal
The price charged for each recurring order will be the listed price at time of processing or lower. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time via My Account > Orders > Subscription.
